I am sooooo disappointed about our Nashville Mayor. She isn't atheist, but she seemed like a pretty progressive mayor . Your last line says it all up there. She was having an affair with her bodyguard, a long time policeman. The affair itself isn't what was her undoing, it was the fact that he was a subordinate , and they were playing on the clock. The Sargeant had a salary of $84,000 and made 50k in overtime, globetrotting with the mayor. Just this week, both parties pled guilty to felony theft (the overtime pay), the mayor to the tune of $11000 and the cop $45000.
If only she had called me, it wouldn't have been on the clock ;-)
