I've done several panels on the Courtier's reply over the years - mainly because people continue to use it. The implication is always the same - if you weren't ignorant you'd agree with me. But here's the thing, the moment you find a fallacy in an argument cascade you can pretty much ignore any argument that hinges on it regardless of how much more obfuscating detail is added. No need to engage further. You've got better things to do.
